Manfred is one of Sweden's deepest bakers. He knows everything about bread and production and he travels around regularly giving courses to bakeries and restaurants in the nordic countries. If you are thinking of starting a bakery, it is good to have him as a consultant. He has classical training in wood-fired commercial baking from Germany. He came to Sweden in 1989 and has lived in Järna since then, baking and teaching younger bakers.

When it comes to swedish tile stoves, Fisher Mureri work together with Tomas Henriksson and his "tile stove factory". His grandfather started the company in 1878. They have great skills and resources for replacing and repairing damaged or missing tiles, and can even make new ones to match the antiques. They also have a fine inventory of of antique tile sets to sell.
Fetze Tigchelaar (Tigchelaar Tegelkachels)

Fisher Mureri is a supplier of only one manufactured product in the wood stove market. That is the light masonry heater "Tigcheloven" from Tigchelaar Tegelkachels in the Netherlands. Fetze is among the most experienced and gifted "wood-burning nerds" in the world. His system is installed without mortar in one day. It has passed many efficiency tests with flying colors and has a simple classic aesthetic which will still look good 50 years from now. He and his sons have produced something finer than the offerings of large international companies.
